Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original Home • Design packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
